The build prices quoted are for the shed delivered and erected on a flat level surface. It is also for a Standard Build* only. Extra Work* will need to be quoted and discussed directly with your builder.
*Extra Work* is defined as: ground levelling, shifting window, extra window, insulation, deck, carrying the shed long distances etc.
*Standard Build* is defined as erecting a 3x3m shed on a flat level surface without any additions or changes to the assembly plans.
Rural and outer areas may be subject to additional travel charges-please contact us to get a quote.
Some Builders are willing to offer a staining or painting option, contact them directly to see if this is offered in your area and a quote.
Important Note:
Our Building Service Covers most major areas in NZ and AU. If you are in a remote area, please ensure this service is available.
*Important please read: The ‘Order of Work’ documentation must be completed prior to commencement of installation if organised by SheShedz.
If the ‘Order of Work’ form is not returned, liability for faulty workmanship becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
